Our interview process consists of a series of steps, and each of them helps us get to know our candidates more and helps them learn as much as possible about us so they can be sure they share the Avature spirit and would love working here.
The same applies to the roles we consider for them. We evaluate what’s best for each person based on what we learned from their interests and goals, and that’s why, in many cases, we prefer to wait until we’re advanced enough in the interviewing process to be sure about that. In the exact same way, the final offer will depend on the role, the team, the candidate’s previous experience, and their professional profile, so it’s not until the end of the process that we can discuss it.
