Avaya came to my college for placements. Initially there was a 90 minutes test consisting aptitude questions, technical questions related to C/C++, data structures, operating systems. There were also a few coding questions in the test. This was followed by a technical interview and an HR interview.

The first round was very easy mostly data interpretation questions with a few of networking and OS. The software on which the test was conducted was very bad no proper navigation among questions and was very slow to. After that there was a shortlisting of students in which they selected 12 for the technical interview.
