Vast building. No one to meet you at security. Relied on mobile call to get in the door. Culture vibrant. Positive atmosphere. Great services on sight. Interview began with questions about life, family. Then proceeded to experience. Fairly standard. Second technical interview by panel (three developers). Challenging technical questions, but nothing abnormal or remarkable.

Most difficult questions center on Avaya product. They put emphasis on the skill set of course, but are definitely concerned more with how you would apply that skill set to their stack.

it was average level of difficulty, very helpful interviewer to make questions clearer. questions were ordered as easy to hard. They were very comprehensive. After my answers, if i am wrong, they helped me to find correct answer. Roughly, it was warm interview.

Recruiter call and then an online assessment test. This was followed by manager interview and then followed by a panel interview. Pretty standard stuff. Lot of questions in the panel interview though. You need to be thorough with your basics and concepts.

Interview process was very smooth. All the interviewers seemed professionals and they value your time. My interview was a friendly one and got to know the feedback as well. It revolved around open ended question and interviewer keen on knowing the thinking ability.
