It was a smooth process. Was interviewed by 2 people, 1 senior BA and 1 junior BA. They asked me things about my resume and tested me on basic BA knowledge like use cases, PRD, stuff like that.

Interviewed with the Product Manager BA. Although half the interview I already knew that I was not a suitable candidate, the interviewer made an effort to explain to me why I was not suitable. Although on the spot after the interview, i knew i did not make it but it was a very direct and straightforward interview. Was a good learning opportunity for me to improve on my resume and myself.

HR call, call with hiring manager, take home assessment (case study), call with directors. Not too difficult and the case study included UI/UX, creating mockups and taking the directors through the flow.
