Very organized interview process, from initial recruiting to phone interview to on-site interviews. Avery Dennis had defined interview standards that were well-balanced with the personalities of the interviewers. I interviewed 4 pairs of people and requested an unplanned facility tour. The response after the interview was quick and positive. They seemed very concerned with my current benefit package, so they could make a competitive offer, but not too competitive.

Most questions were straightforward. The Avery questions were very standard and somewhat awkward. The interviewer's choice questions were easier and more of a conversation about shared experiences. Either way, the

It was well-paced & to the point. The interviewer was asking questions relevant to my previous experience & did not dive much into my studies. All the questions that I had were answered in a calm manner & my review regarding how I performed as an interviewee was also provided right away.

How can I provide value to their organization when there are several other more qualified & experienced candidates present out for an interview ?
Phone interview followed by an on-site interview. Several panels with HR, the hiring manager and other colleagues. 1 or 2 people per panel. Hiring manager followed up after the interview. Pretty standard process.
