I had one interview after sending my VC with a larger team of operations and business development team but they didn't follow up after our initial meeting despite promises to do so.
Initial contact with recruiter on Linked In followed by a couple of exchanges to find a time for screening interview. Pretty straightforwad overall and included discussion of the job, requirements, plans, interview process and timelines
