Very calm, they asked basic questions first through an online form. They obtained basic intelligence test scores through an online assessment of approximately 45 minutes. Afterwards, an online interview was conducted and I was invited for a multiple-day assessment center at the HQ. That was very nice, we were a group of approximately 50 applicants and subjected to various tests, probably aimed at indentifying how well we work together under pressure and how well we can collaborate.

The whole process would be more positive if they don't use SHL as a vendor or partner for a test and recording interview.
I had a trouble with SHL due to technical issues, fortunately
The SEA HR team was so cooperative and switfly responded to my request, but I just submitted several days ago, so still waiting for the result, I'll update it later.
Not quite satisfied with the experience and assessment process, so I guess it would be denied.
