Applied through LinkedIn to a Recruiter's ad. I received a response and he set up a remote interview as he was in the UK. That went well and sp he set up an interview via VC again with the actual company.
Had the interview with the company and was told the next steps would be that the recruiter would he in touch. I never heard back from him. I tried calling but my calls went unanswered, as did my emails.
It's completely fine if they didn't think I was the right fit for the role but to not only not receive even a 'thanks but no thanks' but to have all my attempts of communication completely ignored was awful.
Reflection of the company as they enlist these people to represent them and would not recommend.

Had a round with HR where i walked them through my CV and then a round with the UK manager. Felt it went very well and i was told they will let me know in 2 weeks time but i have never heard back. I reached out directly to both contacts via email and again got no answer. Completely ghosted, very unprofessional.

The interview process was fast and efficient. It began with a phone screening with HR, and then a phone interview with the hiring manager, and a second phone interview with one of the executives, all within a two week time span. And finally there was an in-person group interview a week later for about 3 hours, including a presentation. with the hiring manager , an exec, and another employee who interfaces with the CSM role.
