Very pleasant and negotiable terms. They were kind enough to explain the job details and expectations. Lot's of great people and things to learn even from the interview process. Most of the questions were around analyzing the requirements and prioritizing the story cards for the design with the requirements lead. I got the feeling that they believe in their employees and promote from within. Work life balance is great as well. They promote training, either internally in their own University courses, or externally to encourage employees to grow their career.
