You need to show ambition and openess to learn from a new industry + good level of english. Try to read news about the company and the industry. For finance show that corporate finance wiuld be your prefered field.
3 step process... may take about a month. first interview is with HAR,. then it depends on the area byt it may take 2 or 3 more steps. final step is interview with direct manager or director
