Had 2 rounds of interviews with them. The technical interview is outsourced to Karat. The outsourced interview was alright. However, HR's communication is poor. Got no response since the last interview. Followed up a few times - no response. Not a good business practice. I looked up glassdoor recently and this is a common practice here i guess.

The leetcode style questions are done using Karat which is a third party that conducts the coding interview. Keep in mind no one from the avidxvhange team is conducting your technical interview, but instead someone not at the company is making the decision to move forward or not.

Leetcode type of questions…..really nothing that was asked was in any type of way related to software development and financial questions. The recruiters do not provide any feedback after the interview….that tells me all I need to know about the culture of this place.

First is a casual interview with the recruiter. Then a third party coding interview with a company called Karat. Definitely need to know leetcode type questions for this. They’ll ghost you. I reached out to the recruiter who phone screened me and no response or updates. Seems like common practice here.
