I interviewed with a recruiter then proceeded to interview with 2 nice managers. They told me they still had more interviews to go through and will let me know the beginning of March. Well it is the end of March and I have not heard anything whatsoever from them. The hiring at this company seems highly unorganized. I got hired faster through a temp agency for another company down the street from them. If you already interviewed with Avient and are waiting an answer, do yourself a favor and don't hold your breath!

I was offered a phone interview with the recruiter and all went smoothly. I was told I would hear back by mid-the following week. I hadn’t heard anything by that point, so I followed up and still hadn’t heard anything back. This had been going on two weeks since my initial phone interview and everything went radio silent. I felt it was unprofessional to ghost a candidate who was very excited for this role and willing to take on the workload. Please be aware that you may or may not hear back, no matter how positive the interview went. I do, however, appreciate the rejection, as it opened more doors for me.
