It was first a Phonecall, then and email and then a skype. Interview, email testing and phonecall testing. Couple personal questions. It went smoothely. 50 min skype interview. Dont worry about it.

then came the Language phone test ( if foreign language needed) and online language test ( answering possible requests of customers).
Face-to-face interview with a written test in the foreign language if needed.
