The first interview was a phone interview that took place several weeks after the initial application. After the phone interview it was several more weeks before there was a second in-person interview. Over the course of nearly three months there a total of seven interviews. On more than one occasion many weeks went by without any contact -other from the recruiter who seemed very much out of the loop. The final interview required a flight to California to interview at the headquarters there.
