First phone screening with an agency recruiter, then I did some test (2 languages, accounting, logic, numerical). They have been easy. Then I have been invited to the second interview. Classic interview, nothing tricky, some basic accounting question, much more behavioral. During it I was told that my salary offer could be much less than my expected one (so I suppose that the offer could't be higher than 500-600 euros net per month). Being too low for me I declined going on. It has been a positive experience because they have been kind and polite.
