HR followed by an online assessment. HR was typical behavioral question and for the excel portion it was again behavioral question, followed by a couple of excel MC questions. They were really slow in response.

Telephone interview by a talent specialist, straightforward 15-minute phone screening. Then a 35-minute online test, a standard personality test, manageable and not difficult. The next day, I Received a phone call for the in-person interview with the manager at the downtown office. Its good so far. But the in-person interview is not as professional as it should be. The interviewer came unprepared, questions were unorganized. The interviewer just aks question that came to her mind at that moment and show no interest in my time, effort, background, and experience. The interviewer interrupted me several times and checked her phone several times during the interview. It is very unprofessional discriminative and disrespectful. Even if the interviewer thinks the candidate might not fit and is not the race you like, you should be professional have some respect, and show kindness.

First round was phone screen with hr recruiter, second round was with regional manager and then last 5-10 min with a person in the position, third round was with brokers at the office where the position was, 3rd round part 2 was a day later with the senior analyst, and 4th round was with head director of the whole region and director of hr. All interviews were online/microsoft teams besides the in-person interview at the office with brokers. It was pretty chill and more conversational interviews. Talked about experience but it felt like more of a get to know you and are you a good fit.
