Submitted CV on-line, was sent an email rejecting application. Then received a call asking for telephone interview. Set that up. Really short but fun. Had two further in-person interviews. Both relaxed but personable but focused. Met 4 people in total.

Usual, how would you do XYZ? What would you do in certain situations? And I asked them what they'd like, how their management styles are etc.
