Face to face formal interview. I was advised to prepare for a competency interview with a technical test but neither of these happened. Interview was positive and I was told I would hear back very soon. I chased several times for feedback and was always told ‘there is none’. I was eventually given feedback 11 weeks later and was told it was a ‘system failure’

Interview was okay, 2 person panel both fairly friendly but was a staggered interview with strength based questions each sharing asking or taking notes. Questions so bland and similar it really was quite dull and lacked getting to know you as a person overall

Spoke to recruiter, about 2 weeks later was booked for an interview with team. Mostly talk about experience, motivations and I was provided with lots of detail on what the job involved and how the team was structured.
Zoom first stage interview with basic strength based questions. Easy to answer and a very comfortable environment. Lasted around 30-40 minutes with the opportunity to ask questions at the end.
