Quick application screening process, almost within a day, that leads to a telephone screening with the recruiter who asks about your previous experiences to see if you are match for the role, followed by a face to face interview.
Brief-Didn't extend much beyond an initial conversation although it was an interesting conversation and the people involved were nice enough. The conversation was pretty informal but there wasn't the right opportunity.

It's almost a day's process. The Assessment Centre day had 3 stages of interview with different interviewer at all stages. 1st stage: general introduction, 2nd stage: mini exercises, 3rd stage: group work (4 in a group), 4th stage: interview with senior managers.
