Interviewed by two people. General chit chat about CV and work experience and then onto about ten competency questions. Relatively easy for the role.
Positive interview at lovely offices.
However didn't hear for over a month if successful or not and no feedback provided which I thought was very unprofessional given the scale of the company. No idea why I didn't get the role as over qualified for the role.

On teams, with a strengths based interview. Very tolerant and non-intimidating. Technical examination towards the end as well. Providing an opportunity to demonstrate current technical understanding. Final discussion towards the end to discuss any final queries and salary expectations.
