2 stage interview process 2nd interview was role play and structured questions 1st stage was with a lovely lady called Beth Mepham who wanted to really understand if I was the right person to work for Aviva. Beth made me feel very relaxed and valued and I felt that Aviva was somewhere I wanted to work
