basically some questions about my friend network. A few questions about math and then a lot of concentration on phone skills. I think they were assessing my ability to sell into my own social network.

do you routinely stay in contact with friends? do you like to share ideas with other people? do you consider customer service important?
Someone came round, no interview needed, just confirmed if I wanted to join or not. Once agreed I joined their team. Very simple, quick and easy to join. Hardest part was trying to arrange a time with someone who only uses phone calls.
Simple interview process. They want to determine what type of credit you are allowed for ordering products, everyone is accepted, but some may have to pay when they order products.

Applied online on their web page and waited up to a week for a response that I'll be meeting with a sales leader. We met and spoke about me joining her team
