The interview process took 3 months. I had 4 rounds of interviews. First two rounds over the phone and the next is onsite interview. They give an assignment to complete in 2 hours which you can take from home. Then they set up a video interview to discuss about the solutions for the assignment. After every round, they take 15 days to reply back after mailing few times. Job structure and the budget for the role keep changing. Initially during the first phone interview, the job was a full time. After second round, the job is contract to hire with 4 months duration.
