I had a very disappointing experience with my interview there. The session was scheduled for one hour but started 20 minutes late without any acknowledgment or apology. Throughout the discussion, the interviewer came across as overly assertive and dismissive, showing little respect toward me as a candidate. At one point, he confidently stated that MySQL permanently locks rows after insertion, preventing any further edits—a fundamental misunderstanding of how database locks work. He also expected me to recall every single method of arrays as if that were something used regularly in day-to-day work. On top of that, he insisted that I keep my camera on, while he himself did not turn his camera on. The interview, which had already started late, extended beyond the allotted time despite me informing the organizer beforehand that I had another interview scheduled afterward. This disregard for my time only added to my frustration. The interviewer further asked me to solve two LeetCode problems and although I completed them, his attitude and overall approach felt highly disrespectful. Based on this experience, I chose to withdraw from the process, as it was clear to me that this behavior reflects the work culture at the company.
