Tried setting up an interview with them, had a bunch of back and forth about a good day and time. I'm guessing they were too busy because I never heard back.

Very straightforward. They responded extremely quickly to schedule the initial interview, and within a week and a half, I received the offer. They were also very organized with the onboarding process, from the offer letter to my first week on the job.
