This interview process was kind of a joke to be honest. The interview process was 3 steps. A phone screening, an in person with a couple of team leads, and the final interview with the head of department. After the phone screen and 1st interview, I didn’t hear back from the recruiter (or anyone) on if there would be a final interview. It took a full 4 weeks to find out. Luckily I had a job at the moment and could work, but that’s crazy that it took that long. After the final interview, it took another full week for them to get back to me. I am disappointed with the whole process and if you need to get a job soon, good luck.
