Unprofessional Interview Process – A Waste of Time: I had a disappointing experience with this company’s interview process. After an initial HR interview, I was assigned a case study to analyze and present. I completed the task in a presentation and submitted it as requested. The next stage was an online interview with six people, but none of them introduced themselves. I presented my analysis, and only one person provided brief feedback, while the rest remained silent. At the end, HR asked if I would be open to a different title, such as Project Manager, to which I agreed if it aligned with my expertise. I also asked about the roles of the attendees, and HR apologized for not introducing them but did not provide their details. A day later, I received a rejection email without any explanation. I followed up to request feedback, but HR never responded. This experience felt unstructured and unprofessional, with a lack of transparency and communication. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go through this process, as it was a waste of time and effort.

The usual process, hr iv, task (market research case study) then technical iv where I presented the case study and was asked questions about my experience in the field, haven't gotten a feedback after though.
