It started with a 20 minute phone call that was very informal. After that, I was required to do a project that was pretty lengthy, and the overall hour interview was just like a usual interview.

I was contacted a week after sending my application to schedule a time for a 10/15 minute phone interview (1st phase). For the next phase of the interview I was required to put together a 15 minute presentation on my knowledge of affiliate marketing. Once the presentation was over I had a 30 minute interview. 3 days later I was offered the role.
