Easy interview, was an online presentation.
The employees I was presenting to were nice and friendly, no pressures. After was a few questions but felt like it was mainly to see that you would fit in to the company culture or the team.

All information was available online for the interview and the HR team provide you with an in-depth guide of what to read upon. It was a top line overview of the affiliates industry and just showing that you had researched Awin.
It started with a 20 minute phone call that was very informal. After that, I was required to do a project that was pretty lengthy, and the overall hour interview was just like a usual interview.
I was contacted a week after sending my application to schedule a time for a 10/15 minute phone interview (1st phase). For the next phase of the interview I was required to put together a 15 minute presentation on my knowledge of affiliate marketing. Once the presentation was over I had a 30 minute interview. 3 days later I was offered the role.
