Colloquio
A 30 min technical phone screen followed by an on-site interview two weeks later (lasted all day + HR interview at the end). I was sent an offer the next day, I accepted the offer 2 weeks later after negotiations. Because I was still in graduate school, the start date was set for 6 months later (HR and hiring managers did not seem to mind about start date but encouraged me to start earlier if possible). 4 months after I accepted the offer, HR called me and left a voicemail letting me know the position was no longer available, no explanation other than business need (not personal). HR did not disclose my termination to my hiring manager, future boss, or employee referral hinting at the disconnect that is present between HR/management and the scientists and researchers who develop products for this company. I was impressed with the company during my interview process, but was unbelievably disappointed at the way this situation was handled. Even with asking to be kept in the loop about future opportunities, the HR representative responded with negativity, using the terminology "highly unlikely". My experience leaves me to not recommend this company to my colleagues and I have warned researchers interested in pursuing a career there.

Domanda 1
They asked me about what ideas I would pursue/could see myself pursuing. HR asked situational questions about conflict resolution, leadership, mentorship, strength/weaknesses

Not great communication throughout the process and also had to go through a lot of hassle for getting reimbursement for my expenses. Never got feedback on the on-site interview and received the reimbursement check after more than a year!
