Simple, but the interviewer didn’t have a clue what he was doing. I’m not sure he had ever actually conducted an interview before I showed up. The overall impression was very unprofessional

Lack of communication during interview scheduling. No follow through. Was called out of nowhere and put on hold to speak with an interviewer that never showed up. Not sure if this is was a one-time fluke, but reading some of the other reviews, it looks to be the norm with this company.
