The interview process was very easy. You do not need any recruiting experience and they basically just ask why you want to become a recruiter and then have you talk about your previous positions.

It was a good process had 3 round 1 -initial screening 2- aptitude test 3-face to face it was a simple and a interactive process. Me being a fresher i had a very good interview experience.
Attended the phone call interview, later an assessment on basic math related to time zone timings, pay rate, bill rate related basic questions, English question and logical reasoning asked,
overall it's an easy process. One should have minimum knowledge on basic math, english and reasoning skills
