After applying, I had a phone conversation with a talent acquisition associate in which she explained the position to me and asked me some questions about my background. We spoke for about 30 minutes and I really got to learn a lot about Axios. At the end of the interview, I was told that I would hear back within the week about next steps.

HR phone screening. Then a two hour in person interview. The in person interview was broken into four 30 minute interviews with different team members. All very friendly. A final in person interview with the director.
