The process was very efficient. I applied online through their online application system and was contacted for a phone screen the next day. The recruiter and I scheduled a time, but ended up having to reschedule for a week later. During the initial phone screen the recruiter communicated clearly what the next steps would be and sent a follow up email that day to schedule an in- person interview. I had 4 back-to-back, in-person interviews which lasted about 30 minutes each. Following that interview I was sent an interview assignment and it took about 4 business days to hear back about a final interview. I completed a final video interview and was asked to provide my references. I received an offer about 3 days after the completion of my reference check. Overall, the recruiters were communicative, the interviewers were friendly and hospitable and truly made me excited about the opportunity to work for such a great company!
