A phone screen, followed by multiple in-person interviews (both individual and panel) and a final homework assignment. After completing all of these steps, Axis essentially ghosted me. When I didn't hear from them for over a week, it was evident there would be no offer. After taking time out to come to their office multiple times, work around their schedules (including a last-minute cancellation when I was already waiting in the lobby) and complete an assignment, I figured an email or phone call was warranted. Instead, they did not respond to any of my emails requesting a status update. Incredibly unprofessional, especially coming from their HR department.
