3 stage interview process consisting of: Initial telephone screening with the recruiter where some general Laravel questions were asked. Then the remote Teams call with the Engineering Lead and Technical Director where again some Laravel questions were asked but more technical. The last stage was with the Managing Director where general questions were asked about whether the culture, hybrid working etc.
