Colloquio
Was approached by Axon recruiter. The process was professional and they didn't waste any time. Currently working through the interview process.
The one improvement I would recommend to them is their calendar scheduling system doesn't always sync up with actual availability times with their team.

The conversation was a dynamic exploration of fit between parties. It was a genuine exchange of very good questions and exploration of the fit between the company culture, value proposition, and what I bring to the dynamic.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! AXON HR, if an executive is going to take one look at a resume and talk to somebody for 15 minutes, completely ignoring the advice of his team who conducted 2 months of interviews, then maybe just do that first. I can’t stress what a colossal waste of my time this was, as well as being a nonsensical interview process that an exec of this company ultimately torched. (I should thank him for saving me from working there). I interviewed for an Enterprise AE position, brought in by a third-party recruiter. I had 5 interviews over 2 months. The fourth interview was a panel in which I was asked to present a 30-minute GTM plan for the role with a slide deck presented to 4 people. The feedback was overwhelmingly positive, with the main interviewer even going so far as to say “he was getting over his ski tips” but he had very little negative feedback and they wanted to hire me on the retail enterprise sales team and that “I killed it.” I was told the last step was a 20-minute call with and exec of the company that it would be conversational and that I did not need to prep for it. It was made to sound like a formality, as it should be since it was just a phone call, no video, for 20 minutes which he was 5 minutes late to. I could tell during the call that he had not spoken to ANYONE about any of the previous interviews I had been through, to the point where he didn’t even know they liked me for the retail side of the team, not healthcare and it was clear he made up his mind before the call he didn’t like my resume and was going to grill me with gotcha questions. All around unprofessional and disgraceful. Also, glassdoor sucks and made me edit this to a point that is stupid.

pretty standard stuff, extensive presentation required in later stages.
Thank you for providing us feedback. We know that interviewing
and assignments involve a significant time commitment and appreciate the time you spent participating in our process. We are also sorry to hear your interactions with us fell short of our intended candidate experience. We are sharing this feedback with our teams so we can continue to improve. Thank you.
Initial phone screen with recruiter for a job that wasn't available, but it was a decent experience. Recruiter was polite and pleasant, but there were no additional follow-ups or responses.
