Started out very professional. All aspects of flying into Phoenix and out was taken care of. Kudos. I was given a schedule that included 6 interviews. As I arrived I was told that 1 of the 6 couldn't make it. Another one didn't show up and interview me and I was never given a reason why. 2 of the 4 that did interview me were obviously too busy to take the interview seriously. One guy was looking at his laptop pretty much the whole time smiling and quietly laughing as if he was watching a comedy show. He was briefly asking me pre-canned basic questions then going back to his laptop as I answered. He actually laughed during one of my best answers/replies so I asked him if he didn’t like my answer? He asked why and I said because you laughed when I answered… he actually told me he was laughing at "something else" and not my answer. He then told me he had to leave the interview a little early because he’s trying to buy a condo and needed to call someone.

I had a 7-stage interview process. A first round with a talent acquisition rep, a second with my line manager, another 5 rounds with managers from different teams. All interviews were pretty conversational, they wanted to hear ideas more than anything. They shared the salary at the beginning of the first interview. Good experience.
