      - 1st call with recruiter - zoom interview with Hiring Manager, pretty casual and was trying to understand my background. - 2 zoom interviews with a senior manager, and VP of finance. these were more in depth interviews, got asked more job specific questions relevant to my experience and the role I was applying for - was told there would be a final "ace" interview with an exec, regardless of position you apply for you have to interview with an exec to be hired After my last 2 zoom interviews I was told that HR would reach out to me to schedule the final interview, and it seemed like I was moving forward. After about a week after this I reached out to HR asking for an update on my candidacy and the teams timeline to make a decision, in which I was told she wasn't sure and hadn't talked to the team yet. I finally got a phone call from the recruiter a few days after that stating they had a different position that they think I would be a better fit for if I was interested in it, but I would have to re-do all of the interviews again. the process as a whole took just under 2 months which is kind of ridiculous in this market to make a candidate wait. I received another offer from a different company so I never moved forward with the other role they offered. Advice to HR - given the crazy hiring market we're still in, make sure you keep appropriate communication open with your candidates so you don't lose potentially great workers to other companies that see their potential and make quick moves. OR make it clear from the get-go what your hiring timeline is.

We intend to share your feedback with our hiring leaders and look for added ways to provide more timely responses as well as our communication back to candidates.
