I had an initial interview with the recruiter which went well. They scheduled an interview with a team member but they fell ill on interview day. The interview was postponed but I never heard back from the recruiter regarding the interview. I’ve been left in the dark, which I find very strange and unprofessional for a company that prides itself in its work and mission. Very disappointing!
Thank you for this feedback. You are right. We pride ourselves on our mission and work and this is clearly not the experience we desire any of our candidates to have. We will be looking into this more on our side and creating some best practices on follow up from applying outside of our normal process. Again thank you for the feedback!
