The entire hiring process is very confusing, The recruiters do not care about the candidate, they do not even bother to reply to your email, the hiring manager does not know what they are looking for in the candidate, interview questions were pretty vague .This was with a manager and an anonymous, faceless note taker. Horrible experience with the entire hiring process. I would avoid applying as it is a waste of time and energy. If you do, you will be walking on egg shells the entire process.
