No structure - just a few questions about myself. The CEO interviewed and insisted on me coming in for the interview. He was very nice and made comments how could I'd fit into the company but was clear mu salary expectations could be a challenge. We agreed to speak the week after but he did not come back, despite me sending follow up emails. Very unprofessional
