Phone interview with hiring manager. Take first wonderlic exam with a verbal/math/writing section. Phone interview with VP. 2nd wonderlic with 50 questions in 12 minutes that is proctered. Declined final interview because executive felt I wasnt experienced enough for the position, and tried to switch me to a lower position with lower than desired pay. Please dont make candidates go through wonderlic exams if there will be potential problems with the resume for higher ups.

No real pointed questions during the interview, just a venting session for ego. They make you take a math test that they say is like the GMAT but it's something that elementary students can do..
