Applied for a full-time role in October last year, received the interview offer in February. So far two 1:1 interviews with people in the relevant field. No interview with an HR person.
A telephonic conversation to understand profile, interest areas and get information around compensation In the next round, interviewer asked profile based questions to check subject knowledge and technical skills The interview was based on Marketing Mix profile and all the questions were technical

Bad experience. Very difficult to deal with HR. Scheduled interview calls but the interviewer ghosted twice. Recruiter would not reply on time. Took quite some time to complete the process because of this.
