Applied online and soon after received notification they would like me to take a personality test. Afterward I was scheduled for a phone interview with a recruiter, then the manager and lead from payroll, and finally a director of the department. I have another job and had to take off work 3x for the interviews. I emailed to thank the recruiter the week after my last interview, no response. The week after that I emailed asking about a decision making timeline, no response. A few days later I called and left a message, finally I get an emailed response letting me know they chose another candidate. Im not bothered they chose someone else, but it's pretty unprofessional to ignore someone whose come out to 3 separate interviews.
