First, you are given a Predictive Index (PI) test. Once you pass that stage, you're led through hoops of a million interviews. I think at least 3-4. The girl I dealt with was super nice at first and then became basically a robot, sending the same copy and pasted email to both me and my friend that applied. There's no personalization, no sincerity, nothing. I was so turned off by the entire ordeal, that I would never consider applying to this company again. They are basically playing hard to get, thinking if they drag you through a million interviews, you'll want to work there more. For me, it did the opposite. It shows how unorganized and untrustworthy they are. If they need to go through 5-6 of interviews just to hire someone, imagine how much bureaucracy their company has a whole. This sounds like the kind of organization that never gets anything done because they have to go through a million managers. Don't let the "unlimited" PTO fool you. Seems like they underpay their employees as a trade off for a benefit you probably won't even really use. Most studies have shown employees are afraid to use too much in fear that it hurts their careers. So most likely, you'll use less than you should, making the company more money. But don't worry, they offer free yoga to take your mind off of your low salary.

The interviewer was really great, personable and easy to talk to. I had a wonderful experience and felt at ease. It was comfortable and they explained everything well.
