It wasn't a formal interview process. I added/updated my profile on the company website indicating my interest in being a travel nurse. A recruiter contacted me and asked about my interests (location, start dates, time-off requests and work history). We emailed each other back and forth and then I received an offer.

Quick and easy very detailed process. The website is very clear to navigate through as well. You have someone for everything you could think of. Recruiter, compliance, benefits, payroll, and clinical experience person assigned to you.

It was an easy process, just asked what my expectations are, location preference and desired pay. The hospital did not call me for an interview, it was an auto offer.
