Recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn and we set aside some time to speak over the phone. Following this conversation they sent me a PI test and told me "there are no wrong answers and no way to fail"... I didn't hear back after this. Pretty disheartening as I thought I had a really great conversation with the recruiter and we meshed well!
