We discussed the role, my experience, the company objective, and then I moved on to a meeting with the director of sales and sales manager. All four people I’ve spoken with were energetic, communicative, professional, and really truly love their jobs which made me excited to work for Aya. A day later I was offered the role. This tough job market is flooded with recruiters and companies who ghost you but not at Aya. If they say they’ll call you at x time, then they will!
