First there was a Recruiter screening call, then an online technical test, and lastly a meeting with the hiring managers. During the recruiter screening, I let the recruiter know what my desired salary range was. She acknowledged this and we continued the recruiting process. However, the offer that was made to me was significantly lower than my desired salary so I had to turn down the offer.
